Developing an employer brand is much more than just a question of image. It is also a question of transformation: internal organization transformation, evolution of HR practice and the everyday life of employees…

To attract and retain talent, the public sector must transform its HR practices and reinvent its working methods. Competition, training, recruitment, mobility, work environment… all over the world, new ways of thinking and acting exist and are generating new practices.

As a job platform dedicated to the HR attractiveness of the public sector (profilpublic.fr) we carried out a “World Tour of HR Innovations”, that will enable everyone to draw inspiration from international examples. Our goal? To help you discover the most ambitious HR projects in the field of public sector training (schools, access routes, competitions…) as well as recruitment, mobility, and work methods in order to improve the candidate and employee experience. This World Tour includes the point of view of OECD experts.
